Had a little time before work today and I JUST had to make this cute card for the Stampin' Royalty Challenge #89! Haven't used my SU Texture Plates a lot lately so it was lots of fun to play with them again! When I think of cupcakes I think of parties and birthdays and fun! Hope you like this card inspired by the Stampin' Royalty picture! I know I do! Happy Stampin'!
